| Garage Sale held on 17th April 2010 |
As a part of LoYAC’s activities within the Humanitarian Aid Committee in cooperation with the Kuwait Red Crescent Society, LoYAC held a Garage Sale. The Garage Sale included items such as clothes, carpets, household items, and accessories. The proceeds of the Garage Sale, which were equivalent to approximately 1,000 KD, will go to fund necessary basic medical equipment in a Clinic in a village in the southern part of Yemen.
Mr. Abdullatif Al Mishari, president of the LoYAC Environment Committee, stated “my experience volunteering in the LoYAC Youth Council, which constitutes of many committees, has provided me with the opportunity to arrange for such an event and cause that is of a humanitarian cause”.
