The program aims to build the capacity for young Jordanian students and to empower them with essential leadership and work skills through basic life and professional skills workshops to be more effective interns in the future. Training program will give youth a competitive edge in the labor market through focusing on vital skills that will be demonstrated throughout the workshop. Our aim is to invest our time and effort into the youth of Jordan by instilling professionalism, self- esteem, communication skills, and creative thinking. In addition to our workshop program, students will participate in community service activities to further enhance their training. The internship will be open for all students aged 16- 24 across Jordan, with a good standing GPA, and evident commitment to the workshop. Please contact LoYAC for more information.
