It Provides all the services, programs and activities needed for the mental challenged children from the age of 4 to 12 years (males and females) in Children section, and from 13 to 50 years in Women section, where they deal with different retardation categories (simple, average and severe)

The Center provides care for those who suffer from mental disability that have stable social life. It provides educational, social and psychological services which are based on children’s presence in the morning only. Those children are returning back to their homes at the end of the day
