I would like to thank LoYAC a lot for helping me to have training in one of the biggest banks in kuwait, through this period of my training there i'm more experienced in bank working additional to my study ( banking ), I have learned many things regarding bank work, I have learned about services which is provided to customers and it's facilities such as loans , credit cards and deposits with all kinds, inquiries and procedures for each one . Also I learnt that bankers should be aware, patient and very careful when dealing with customers. customers are very important for bank, bank staff focusing is on how to attract more & more customers , by giving them the best services & make them feel comfortable in dealing with them.
