Mustafa Gehad was solely responsible for reducing the cost of videography all of LoYAC events as well as the LoYAC Documentary. Without his efforts LoYAC would have to outsource a cameraman and a camera, which would have cost several thousand Dinars over the course of the year. Due to the fact that we do not have to pay extra fees for a cameraman since we have one in-house now, and that we have followed his suggestion in purchasing equipment that has saved us expenses.His productions are used by the Local department, international department, volunteer department, and LAPA.

Willy successfully applied for Taqeem Fund for Evaluation which has given LoYAC access to USD 40,000/- worth of assistance from the fund. A Monitoring & Evaluation plan was formulated and presented by Willy & Naser in Doha where 15 international NGOs were present from the Middle East and North Africa region. The plan was accepted and is now leading LoYAC to establish monitoring & evaluation segment in the programs.
