Samah Abdullah Jaffar is working with Safir International Hotel in Food Beverages Dept. She was sent to Labenese American University (LAU, Byblos) by LoYAC for Hotel Management Scholarship Program in year 2004. She also interned in Hilton Hotel Kuwait and Sheraton Hotel Kuwait through LoYAC Summer Program 2003 and 2005 respectively.
