Lead and direct marketing communication activities, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, digital marketing, Ads, publications, etc.
Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to help market and position LOYAC to attract partners and win funds.
Contribute to supervise the printable materials design and quality.
Distribute executive messages, prepare presentations and internal memos, and conduct meetings whenever required.
Assist in the development of E-marketing, Web Site management and content development, Press Releases.
Represent LOYAC to stakeholders, the public and interested parties as requested by the management team and serve as the company spokesperson to the media and the general public
Plan the marketing and communications strategies for specific areas of Loyac work and for different audiences.
Manage the marketing & communications budget and ensure programs milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget.
Contribute to and strengthen fund raising proposals and funder reports to ensure robust and creative marketing and communication considerations are adopted.
In cooperation with program leaders, develop and implement traditional & digital media plan, along with the production and the placement of branded program materials.
Monitor the media actions and brand visibility, and propose recommendations for improvements.
Conduct research and contribute in analyzing market data to evaluate LOYAC programs’ effectiveness and brand positioning.
Performance and operational management of a small team working across multiple programs and locations. Inspiring, motivating and supporting staff so that they are thinking and acting at their best, delivering high quality work, working as an effective team and meeting organizational and individual objectives.
Ensure the values of participation, partnership, sustainability, social responsibility, cost effectiveness, transparency and accountability are reflected in your work.
Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required from time to time.

7+ years experience in the field
Bachelor’s degree in PR, Journalism, Graphic Design, Marketing or Mass Communications
Skills & Competencies

Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally.
Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
Superior project management and time management skills.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude.
Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
Self- motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
