Fareah oversees the running of LOYAC and guides the Board in strategy formulation and fundraising.
She is an Economics Graduate from Kuwait University and has worked in major corporations such as Kuwait Airways and National Investment Company.

As Co-founder and Treasurer, Abeer heads the Finance and Administration team in LOYAC. She holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and Business
Administration and has worked in major organizations such as the Industrial Bank of Kuwait.
Fadia Al Marzooq

Fadia Al Marzooq
As Co-founder and Vice Chairperson,
she holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Statistics and is a certified facilitator of 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens/College workshops.
Fadia has worked in major organizations such as the Kuwait Fund for Economic Development.
A member and a co founder of Kayan family welfare association for orphanages.
A founder of Carewithlovekw which helps caregivers to succeed in caring for elderly people.
Fetouh Al Dalali

Fetouh Al Dalali
As Co-founder and Executive Board Member, Fetouh handles the activities, exhibition and events of LOYAC.
She is a graduate in Literature and Education and has several years of experience as the Technical Inspection Manager in the Ministry of Education.
Fetouh is also a certified facilitator of 7 Habits workshop.

As Co-founder and Executive Board Member, Nadia is in charge of Media and Public Relations of LOYAC.
Nadia holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering and has many years of experience in Kuwait University.

As Co-founder and Executive Board Member, Mona is in charge of the international programs and the Soccer Academy of LOYAC.
She graduated in Business Administration and Marketing and is a certified facilitator of 7 Habits workshop.
Mona has worked in major corporations such as the National Bank of Kuwait.

As Co-founder and Executive Board Member, Lara heads the Information Technology team of LOYAC.
She graduated from the University of Miami in Business Administration and has several years of experience in the National Bank of Kuwait.
